1. Heat oven to 400°.
2. Whisk together milk, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth.
3. Dip both sides of bread into mixture and place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake in oven for 8 minutes, then flip bread and cook additional 8 minutes on other side.
