1. Heat oven to 450°.
2. Place butter in 7 x 11-inch baking dish and put in oven while preheating until butter is melted.
3. Combine all ingredients except berries and sugar in blender and process until smooth.
4. Pour into buttered dish and bake for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 400° and continue baking for another 8 to 10 minutes until set.
5. Mix together berries and sugar in bowl.
6. Cut omelet into 6 pieces. Spoon berries over top and sprinkle with additional sugar if desired.
