1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Mix together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
3. Whisk together milk, eggs, butter and vanilla and stir into oat mixture.
4. Stir in blueberries and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until set.
