1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Coat a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and arrange peaches in dish.
3. Stir together 1/3 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
4. Blend together 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and baking powder in mixing bowl.
5. Whisk together oil, milk and egg and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended. Spoon evenly over fruit.
6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
