1. Heat oven to 375°.
2. Mix together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Spread into 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
3. Arrange fruit, walnuts and chocolate chips over top.
4. Whisk together milk, eggs, butter and vanilla. Pour over fruit.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
