1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and spices and stir with whisk until light brown sugar is evenly distributed.
3. Whisk together oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir in bananas and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in nuts.
4. Pour batter into 4 x 8 1/2-inch loaf pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
5. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
