1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl.
3. Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
4. Add egg yolks, oil and buttermilk to dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
5. Fold in egg whites.
6. Spray waffle iron with cooking spray and pour about 3/4 cup batter in center. Cook until done.
