1. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange frozen rolls in pan.
2. Mix together sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon and sprinkler over rolls.
3. In a medium saucepan add butter, corn syrup and cream. Heat just until butter is melted. Pour evenly over rolls.
4. Sprinkle nuts on top.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise over night.
6. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and turn upside down onto a cookie sheet.
