1. Heat oven to 450°.
2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Melt butter in large skillet.
4. Spread apples in pan and cook 4 minutes. Turn apples and continue cooking 3 minutes.
5. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over apples and cook another minute or until sugar begins to melt.
6. Remove pan from heat and stir apples lightly to coat with sugar. Arrange apples in baking dish.
7. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour and vanilla until smooth. Pour over apples.
8. Bake 15 minutes or until mixture puffs up and turns golden brown around edges. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
