1. Heat oven to 400°.
2. Beat together butter, sugar and eggs until creamy.
3. Stir in yogurt, vanilla and orange rind.
4. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add to creamed mixture and stir just until moistened.
5. Gently stir in blueberries.
6. Spoon batter into muffin cups that have been coated with cooking spray.
7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
