Serves: 6
1. Crack wheat by placing 1/2 cup at a time in blender and pulsing until wheat kernels are small evenly sized particles, about 35 to 40 seconds.
2. Bring water to a boil and add salt. Gradually stir in cracked wheat. Cover and let simmer for 10 to 20 minutes until tender.
3. Serve with honey, or brown sugar and milk.
