1. Separate eggs and beat egg whites until stiff.
2. Beat together egg yolks, milk and oil.
3. In large bowl, whisk whole wheat flour, flax seed, wheat germ, wheat bran, baking powder and salt until light and airy.
4. Pour milk mixture into dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
5. Gently stir in yogurt.
6. Fold in egg whites.
7. Ladle scoop (about 1/4 cup) of batter onto hot griddle sprayed with cooking spray. Cook until bubbles form around edges, then carefully flip and cook on other side.
