1. Heat oven to 400°.
2. Place 2 tablespoons butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place dish in oven until butter is melted. Remove from oven.
3. Beat together eggs, flour, sugar, salt and milk until smooth and pour into buttered pan.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until top is puffy and golden brown.
5. While pancake is baking, melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet.
6. Add apples and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and stir together.
7. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender, about 6 to 8 minutes.
8. Pour over baked pancake.
9. Dust with powdered sugar.
