1. Heat oven to 400°.
2. Spray 9-inch deep dish pie pan with cooking spray.
3. Toss thawed hashbrown potatoes and butter together, then press in bottom and sides of pie pan.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
5. Whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in vegetables and ham. Pour into hashbrown crust.
6. Reduce heat and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until center is set.
