1. Put oats in bowl and pour water over. Cover with waxed paper and microwave for 1 minute.
2. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, milk, and oil until smooth. Stir in mashed bananas and oats.
3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and stir until well blended.
4. Ladle 1/4 cup onto hot griddle that has been coated with cooking spray. Cook until bubbles form around edges. Turn over and cook on other side until golden brown.
5. Spread 1 tablespoon Nutella on each pancake and top with banana slices.
