1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and orange juice on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Reserve 8 orange sections for garnish. Stir remaining sections into cream cheese mixure. (Orange sections will slightly break up.)
2. Gently stir sour cream and 1 cup of coconut into cream cheese mixture. Reserve 1 cup whipped topping for garnish. Fold remaining topping into cream cheese mixture. Spoon in crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.
3. Garnish with reserved orange sections, remaining coconut, and reserved whipped topping. Store in refrigerator.
