1. Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes.
2. Spread pie filling in crust. In small bowl combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and mace. Use 2 knives or pastry blender to cut in margarine or butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie filling.
3. Bake on baking sheet at 375°F about 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden. Serve warm on cool.
