1. Place KELLOGG'S CRACKLIN' OAT BRAN cereal and margarine in food processor bowl or electric blender container. Process until cereal is broken into fine crumbs and margarine is thoroughly mixed. Press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom and on sides of 9-inch pie pan.
2. Bake at 350°F for about 5 minutes or until crust starts to brown. Cool completely.
3. In liquid measuring cup, drain pineapple set aside. Add water to liquid to measure 3/4 cup. Heat until boiling and dissolve gelatin in hot liquid. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
4. Prepare powdered whipped topping mix according to package directions, using milk and omitting vanilla. Fold topping and pineapple into slightly thickened gelatin mixture. Pour into cooled crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Serve garnished with additional topping, if desired.
