1. In small bowl combine brandy, orange peel and lemon peel. Let stand for 5 minutes. Coarsely chop cherries.
2. In large bowl gently stir together ice cream and brandy mixture. Fold in cherries, chocolate morsels and almonds. Spoon into crust. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
3. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting. Garnish as desired. Store in freezer.
*NOTE: To toast almonds, spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring once or twice.
