1. In medium bowl stir together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Gradually stir in whipping cream.
2. Arrange peach slices in crust. Sprinkle with almonds. Pour cream mixture over top. Bake on baking sheet at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour.
3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
