1. Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
2. In medium bowl slightly beat eggs with fork. Stir in sugar, vanilla and salt. Gradually stir in milk.
3. Pour into crust. Lightly sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake on baking sheet at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
4. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
