1. Chill small mixing bowl and beaters of electric mixer.
2. In small bowl stir together cookie crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Add margarine or butter. Toss until combined. Press onto bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375°F for 7 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
3. Prepare pudding mix according to package direction. Spread in pie crust. Refrigerate.
4. In chilled bowl beat cream on medium speed of electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Dollop on top of pie. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
