1. In large bowl beat together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon. In 8 x 8 x 2-inch (2 qt.) glass baking dish toss together bread cubes, KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN YOGURT BITES cereal and cherries. Evenly pour egg mixture over bread mixture.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F about 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool slightly.
3. Meanwhile, in small microwave-safe bowl combine ice cream topping and remainining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Heat at high for 15 seconds or until warm, stirring once. Serve bread pudding warm with chocolate sauce.
*NOTE: Any firm-textured bread, such as multi-grain bread, whole wheat bread, Italian bread or French bread works well in this recipe
