1. Combine apple pie filing, cranberries and spice. Place in shallow 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Set aside.
2. In medium size bowl, mix together caramel topping and flavoring. Toss with KELLOGG'S SPECIAL K cereal until thoroughly coated. Place evenly over pie filling mixture.
3. Bake at 350°F about 25 minutes or until cereal is golden brown. Serve warm.
VARIATIONS: Substitute raisins, dried currants, dried cherries or dried blueberries for cranberries.
*NOTE: You can make your own "apple pie spice" by combining:
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamon
