1. Brush bottom and sides of crust with 1 egg yolk. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
2. In medium bowl stir together 2 eggs, sugar, corn syrup and butter. Set aside.
3. In small bowl toss together pecans and chocolate. Spread in pie crust. Slowly pour egg mixture over top. Bake on baking sheet at 350°F about 45 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour.
4. Refrigerate until serving time. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
