1. In medium bowl beat milk, pudding mix and peppermint extract with wire whisk for 1 minute. Whisk in whipped topping. Spoon into crusts.
2. Refrigerate at least 5 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with pepermint candies. Store in refrigerator.
