1. Chill large mixing bowl and beaters of electric mixer.
2. In blender container or food processor bowl place kiwi. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Measure 2 cups of puree.
3. In medium saucepan combine water, sugar and corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Stir in kiwi puree. Pour into shallow baking pan. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until mixture becomes semi-solid.
4. In chilled bowl beat kiwi mixture on medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy. Return to freezer. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until nearly firm.
5. Spoon into crusts. Serve immediately or freeze until serving time. Store in freezer.
