1. Melt chocolate and butter together in saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Add sugar and stir until blended.
2. Add eggs and vanilla beat well. Stir in flour.
3. Crush KELLOGG'S FROSTED FLAKES into medium-fine crumbs. Add to chocolate mixture together with walnuts mix well. Spread in 11 x 7-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 325°F about 30 minutes or until center is firm. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
