1. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar, chocolate and vanilla. Beat until combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until just combined after each addition.
2. Place crust on baking sheet. Pour cream cheese mixture into crust. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is almost set.
3. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Spread pie filling over top. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds
