1. In medium bowl lightly beat eggs. Add sugar, margarine or butter, flour, vinegar and vanilla. Beat with wire whisk until combined. Pour into crust.
2. Bake on baking sheet at 300°F for 55 to 65 minutes or until filling is set. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour.
3. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
