1. Spread softened ice cream in crust. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
2. In small saucepan combine powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate and margarine or butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens slightly. Let stand for 1 hour.
3. Spread chocolate mixture over ice cream. Freeze at least 1 hour.
4. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish as desired.
