1. In medium mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES® cereal, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and sugar. Stir in apples and vanilla.
2. In small mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold into apple mixture. Spread in 8-inch round cake pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 350°F about 25 minutes. Cut into wedge-shaped pieces and serve warm or cold with low-fat whipped topping, if desired.
