1. In mixing bowl, combine cereal, flours, salt and spices. With pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in water until well combined.
2. With back of spoon, press cereal mixture evenly in bottom of 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
3. Bake in 350°F oven about 14 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
4. In 2-quart saucepan, mix together milk and cornstarch until smooth. cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture starts to bubble. Continue cooking and stirring 3 minutes longer. Remove from heat stir in vanilla and butter flavoring. Let pudding cool 10 minutes. Stir in sweetener.
5. Stir bananas and strawberries into pudding. Cover cereal crust with fruit and pudding mixture. Chill at least 1 hour. Cut into 9 squares.
