1. Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes.
2. Cut orange into very thin slices. In medium bowl toss orange with granulated sugar. Let stand for 20 minutes. Drain orange.
3. In medium bowl stir together mincemeat and cornstarch. Spread in crust. Arrange orange slices around edge of pie, slightly overlapping slices. Bake on baking sheet at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is bubbly.
4. Meanwhile, in small mixing bowl beat margarine or butter and powdered sugar on low speed of electric mixer until combined. Increase speed to medium. Beat until fluffy. Add orange juice and peel, mixing until combined. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
5. Serve pie warm or cool with Orange Hard Sauce. Store in refrigerator
