1. Stir together KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal, baking powder, salt and nuts. Set aside.
2. In 2-quart saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine over very low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add sugar and peanut butter. Stir until combined. Add eggs. Beat well. Stir in cereal mixture. Spread in 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 350°F about 30 minutes or until done. Cut into bars when cool
