1. In small bowl cut margarine or butter into crackers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in granola.
2. Toss apples with brown sugar. Spoon into 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan. Drizzle apple juice or cider over fruit. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serve warm.
