1. Prepare chocolate pudding mix and vanilla pudding mix according to package directions. Refrigerate.
2. In small bowl toss together crumbs and margarine or butter. Spoon half of crumb mixture into 8 individual dessert dishes or parfait glasses. Top with vanilla pudding. Spoon remaining crumbs over vanilla pudding. Top with chocolate pudding. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
3. Spoon dollops of whipped topping on each. Store in refrigerator.
