1. Combine semi-sweet chocolate morsels, peanut butter, and confectioner's sugar in a large saucepan. Stir constantly over very low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
2. Add cereal. Stir until well coated. Press into buttered 9-inch pie pan. Chill until firm.
3. Allow ice cream to soften slightly. Spoon into frozen pie crust, spreading evenly. Freeze until firm. Serve with hot fudge sauce.
