1. Brush bottoms and sides of crusts with 1 egg yolk. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 325°F for 5 minutes.
2. In medium bowl lightly beat 2 eggs. Stir in corn syrup, brown sugar, margarine or butter, flour and vanilla.
3. Arrange pecans in crusts. Pour egg mixture over top. Bake on baking sheet at 325°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour.
4. Refrigerate until serving time. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
