1. Wash and core apples. Combine crumbs, half of brown sugar, nutmeg, raisins and butter or margarine. Combine remaining brown sugar and orange juice.
2. Arrange apples in shallow baking dish fill centers with crumb mixture, sprinkling any surplus over and around apples. Baste with orange juice mixture, and pour remaining juice around apples.
3. Bake 350°F for 45 minutes or until done, basting occasionally with juice in pan. Serve warm or chilled.
