1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal, the 1 1/3 cups flour and salt. With pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk, stirring until mixture is moistened. Divide dough in half and pat in bottom and about half way up sides of 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Set aside.
2. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice. Stir together remaining flour, spices and granulated sugar. Mix with apples. Spoon into crust. Set aside.
3. Roll remaining dough on lightly floured surface to form top crust. Place over apples and prick crust with fork 3 to 4 times.
4. Bake at 375°F about 45 minutes or until golden brown and apples are tender. Remove from oven. Drizzle with glaze made with powdered sugar and water. Serve warm or cold.
