1. In medium microwave-safe bowl place chocolate kisses. Microwave at high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Cool.
2. Fold two-thirds of whipped topping into chocolate. Spread half in crust. Sprinkle with peanut butter cup pieces. Top with remaining chocolate mixture. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.
3. Spread remaining whipped topping over pie. Garnish with chocolate eggs. Store in refrigerator.
