1. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in honey. Carefully spread on bottom and sides of crust.
2. Slice banana on top of cream cheese mixture in crust. Arrange desired fruit over banana.
3. In small bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes. Stir for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture thickens. Remove any unmelted ice.
4. Spoon gelatin over fruit. (Do not overfill.) Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
