1. In small mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, salt and spices. Set aside.
2. In medium-size mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S Low-Fat Granola cereal, brown sugar, honey and milk. Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal is slightly softened.
3. Add egg whites and oil to cereal mixture, stirring until thoroughly combined. Stir in flour mixture. Spread evenly in 9-inch round cake pan coated with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
5. To make Orange Sauce, combine granulated sugar and cornstarch in 1-quart saucepan. Stir in orange juice mix well. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in orange peel. Serve warm sauce over cake. Garnish with slices of fresh fruit and mint sprigs, if desired.
