Heat oven to 350°F. Place each ice cream cone upright in muffin cups.
2. In a small bowl, stir together chocolate chips and flour. Set aside.
3. Prepare cake batter as directed on package stir in chip mixture. Fill each ice cream cone one-half full with batter.
4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Frost or pipe with buttercream frosting.
