1. Place crushed KELLOGG'S POP-TARTS pastries in mixing bowl. Pour melted margarine over crushed pastries, tossing until well-coated.
2. In 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, stir together pie filling and lemon juice. Sprinkle crushed pastry mixture evenly over top.
3. Microwave at HIGH 6 minutes or until mixture bubbles. If desired, serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
